Information - Parent Helpers

Parents, carers and close relatives wanting to help with reading groups, working in the canteen or helping out with transport to and from sporting events and excursions are required to fill out the Appendix 5 Declaration form.

Proof of Identity (100 points) is also required to be provided to the school along with current driver's licence, car registration and insurance if you are wishing to transport children other than your own to any events.
